Reservations require a 1 night's deposit to hold a booking (2 night's deposit high season).

Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (60 days high season)

We accept personal or company checks, and money orders and credit cards (3% fee for credit cards). Cancellation will forfeit the full rental unless we are able to rebook the home or cottage.
