This Beautiful New Luxurious Gearhart Beach House
is now available for the first time. This 3 bedroom 3 bath home sleeps up to 12
The Master bedroom has a king size
bed and private bath, the Guest room has a queen bed and the Bunk room has 6 twin bunk beds.
The Sunroom with its sliding
privacy doors has a twin sleeper sofa and another room which we nicknamed the “Excercise Room” has hardwood
floor space for a port-a-crib or sleeping bags.
There are Cherry hardwood floors throughout and a magnificent river
rock fireplace.
The Beach theme bedding is of the highest quality and the mattresses are extremely comfortable, as
a good nights sleep is invaluable.
The Central “great room” has vaulted ceilings and a river rock fireplace
The
Deep claw foot tub in guest bath is fit for a king (or a princess).
This home has all the bells and whistles including
Stainless steel kitchen appliances with a gas Viking range. No expense has been spared!
The Dining room table seats
8 and kitchen “island” countertop has seating for 4 more.
Also included is a Ping-pong table, tennis racquets,
and 6 bikes.
The front and back yards are completely landscaped and the back yard is fenced.
Three private decks
surround the house, one is off the master bedroom, one in the front yard and one in the back yard.
Our home is located
just 2 blocks from the beach, one block from the grocery store and one block to the bakery.
There are Tons of board
games and puzzles to play with.
